Class Board Remains Lit Up After Spending Points [2.68]

This bug has existed for so long that I feel like people have just learned to accept that it's going to stick around. But it remains quite annoying.
The yellow border around the class board remains lit up after spending all your points, until you reconnect.
In addition but less offensive, the stat board, class board, talent board, and trait board do not light up immediately upon level up.
How it looks after I spent all my class skill points (Even after multiple battles):

How it looks after I just leveled up (I do not have a class skill point available):

If you click on a talent in the menu it lights up the talent board, and after you spend the points it goes away just fine

Same sorta deal when you spend points and confirm but you still have points, both for stats and traits.
If you relog, all the menu items will be lit up appropriately.
