So, when using Black Bolt, it seems all the Bonus Effects will activate with two triggers.

1. There is enough Void Energy to activate the effect.
2. Black Bolt is level 2 or higher.

This said, I can activate, say, the Level 5 effect of Void Corruption with a level 2 Black Bolt and level 4 Voidveil.

It's pretty simple. That's about it.

Hmm... This seems to still be happening. I just fought a Singles Match in the Arena, I have rank 3 of both Black Bolt and Voidveil, had max Void Energy (40), and my opponent was inflicted with Interference, despite Black Bolt stating that that should happen at rank 4 of Black Bolt instead. If you'd like, I could ready screenshots showing this, but it may take a bit.

It won't be fixed until version 1.17. The bug fixes are applied the version after Dev says they are fixed.

Ah, got it. Sorry, thought there was probably a mini-patch or something every time the game autorebooted to fix any errors such as that.
