Ominous Spell's visual effect icon is displaced, put about 32 pixels to the east of the intended position. Here's a picture of the biggest offender.



This also does not seem to be particular to the Ice Giants, I tried using the skill on my eventmin mobs and they also displaced to the right, the same way.
