Much like Focused Beam, the '100% Scaled WPN ATK' could be omitted to make room for the remaining text.

For potential future proofing skills could make use of additional pages, if not simply making use of the extra windows that are common place in newer classes to explain mechanics. Something like Black Bolt would probably have a window to explain each extra effect it gets if it were made more recently. Could be worth going back and modernizing the older descriptions to be in line with the newer formats.

Could also remove the "100% of swa" stipulation since other spells already do this. All spells use 100% swa so no need to stipulate it unless its different
