If you lose a PvE battle and get sent back to your respective Inn spawn point, your screen remains pitch black until you enter a new location (such as by walking into said Inn)

I had it happen just last night respawning at the Vale in particular

If you can give me specific circumstances/dungeons/respawn points where it always happens, I can look into it.

So far, the only places where I've noticed this happening is when I respawn at either the Vale or Meiaquar's Inn.
I can try to see if I can replicate any other location so far, but as of now, those two places result in a black screen (for the most part; Strangely, visual effects such as the sun setting will still show, which will add a slightly orange hue.)

I'll add to this as I uncover more spots, but those two are the ones I've noticed it happen so far whenever I do get KOd
