This is an event skill but I feel it has usage for EMs so i want to report it here.

Blitzkrieg only applies assault order to allies when the caster is confused, and doesn't add the charge order onto it.

Is this when the skill is used by the AI or by anyone? It also doesn't give Charge Order, it gives Charge (the Soldier status).

I've not tried AI, the reported instance was a player-controlled boss. 

The charge status itself wouldn't apply to the mobs, only assault order (I assumed it was charge order bc it was an 'order' skill, whoops).

I gave myself the skill and summoned a wolf companion and it gave both of us both statuses. So, can't replicate this.

Did you apply confusion on yourself too?

I can test it out on other mobs, but maybe it was because I was using the monsters from summon unkindness + fire warriors from balrog along with being confused.

I managed to replicate it on live just now. With a screenshot of everything that I did. It's mainly just 3 steps.

Step 1: Give yourself confusion
Step 2: Summon unkindness
Step 3: Blitzkrieg

You can see here only attack order is present. No charge.

The way you phrased your bug report was confusing (heh). I thought you were saying it doesn't apply Assault Order unless you were confused, not what it actually was.

This has been corrected in 2.96b.
