Using Dragon Gale on a target adjacent to you won't.. do anything.

Oh, I can attest to this one.
I meant to report it a while ago, but the character got tied up in some IC and I fully forgot.
Yeah, dragon gale hard whiffs on anything within one tile, can confirm that one. I'm pretty sure other people even saw me testing it.
