Ritual Sword currently uses the old Excel-Crash logic, and thus can only be activated when wielding an Excel Saber.  

To replicate:

1. Equip any sword in the game other than Excel Saber, as well as Accelia shoes.
2. Use Charge Weapon in combat 3 times.  Activate Ritual Sword.
3. Note the charges are not consumed.

Just for good measure, the wording on Aliagmato and Infernal Summon are the exact same as Ritual Sword as well, to phase out the old Excel Crash completely, I actually thought that Riagri was the only one, my mistake.
