Dancer's Tempo chews too much FP.
#1
The increase of Dancer's skills by Tempo * 2 is a little nutty at later levels, making some dances cost up to 48 FP, and more if you smack into Repeat Action.

Can that be reduced to like 1.25 or 1.5?
what the heck!!!

im not part of the abc news

Dancer's have Rest Beat to recover FP when Tempo eats too much, the FP cost is a really good 'cooldown' to force the dancer to Rest Beat so they're not constantly on maximun damage output. The ONE thing that doesn't contribute to this is Rest Beat's long cooldown, normally I'd Dance>Max Tempo>Rest Beat, and when I get to Max Tempo again, with my FP being EATEN ALIVE, Rest Beat would still be on cooldown.

However, the main factor why I like Rest Beat's long CD is the fact that is also heals HP, so if it had a low CD it'd be pretty OP.

I'm personally of the opinion Rest Beat should have no cooldown, but also not heal HP. Losing Tempo means you lose opportunity to use other things which require Tempo, like Curtain Call. So having to re-build your tempo at the cost of actually still being able to Dance would be fun. But this would also nerf Dancer's ability to keep going in  fight so it would be an overall nerf.

Maybe halfing both the cooldown and the HP Healing of Rest Beat would be a fine enough solution, I dunno.

Perhaps a cooldown equal to the tempo when used (with lower hp recovery) then it's even more a mix of fp sustain vs damage

Uh, Rest Beat is literally top contender for the best self sustain button in the game, I think its fine, coming from someone who abuses it primarily.

You can build tempo so easily that spending it on Curtain Call and then going into Rest Beat doesn't usually consume your entire FP Bar either, you usually have enough FP For two Tempo cycles.

The whole point of tempo is that you can't sustain maximum tempo permanently, so you need to switch it up as your fp permits. Combine that with rest beat and it makes perfect sense for a skill to cost 49fp
