Spine Leash is missing a scroll slot the other whips have due to predating the scroll system.

Is this an oversight?

I just want to run Shadofir man.

The current slots for reference, basically normal sword parts which is a little odd too in comparison to the newer whips.

I'd rather it keep the sword weapon parts, but it should gain 1 scroll slot, there's VERY little harm to it and it matches up with the new whips. It's probably an oversight/bug but I thought I'd chip in with that anyway.
