Easy solution to this: Make fountains not solid. This can also happen with other dungeon features like this:



As ugly as it might be to be able to walk through these, if they remain solid, dungeons can be impossible to clear. Or some other solution to this, I dunno.

For the record I found both of these in the same dungeon.

I made fountains non-dense.

Prison benches should no longer spawn if the room is too small (so less than 7 tiles wide).
