Heavy tackle
#1
Heavy tackle appears to ignore evasion, despite it being an autohit. Intended? Hope not.

Should it function that way though? I would say probably. If you're putting them on their ass in the same motion you're damaging them with, that would be difficult to avoid.

oh so it was already adressed somewhere.
Alright, I'll resign my pure dodge before I get any more 200 per hit strikes.

This is going to be a bit off-topic for a bug report, but:

200 per hit from Heavy Tackle sounds impossible to do beyond a one-trick build, and that assumes the target has almost no physical defenses to speak of. Also, the ungodly weight to pull such a number off will not only completely ruin your Hit, but knock the target so far back that you'll never be able to catch up to unleash another HT within the next round. (If you somehow negate HT's knockback.... well, sucks to be you.)

Unless you had a build specialized to, say, throw the opponent halfway across the map from where they can't counterattack, then close that distance and repeat.

It's possible to stack enough Move to run across the battlefield.

Moved thread to Balance Fu since that's really what this is now.

Since it does knockback, good damage and knockdown(?), I believe it shouldn't be exempt from evasion. And despite 200 damage being a rarity, even a 150 damage autohit with those effects is incredibly overpowered, since many builds don't exactly have a way to deal with that. You know, shukuchi, run close, heavy tackle.(Before you say ice sheets I will remind you of heaven kick) Dafuq do you do with that, aside from anticipating it and wearing a pair of boots? Since you can't exactly put them on in combat.

I don't think treads stop Heavy Tackle.

It does not, I made a thread on changing this but nothing came from it.

Alright, bonus suggestion
those boots should stop knockback, yes? Pulling already is unaffected. I don't see why not all forms of knockback shouldn't be influenced. The knockdown still applies.
That along with the evasion compatibility, and we're looking at a skill that doesn't incredibly decimate squishy dodge builds.
