As for Demon Plant, it seems to only apply to on_hit, like Vampiric. It could be moved to on_damaged to better represent the description but there might be some unwanted balance issues to consider.

Carbuncle's level doesn't affect the blind chance. It's a lie and I removed it from the skill description.

Wawa is a 50/50 chance for either status.
