Hexer spells don't scale with any stat anymore, and they target DEF instead of RES.

I'm unsure if other classes were affected like this, but, Priest seems to be fine.

That's still happening, and it's much more easy to see now that Hexer spells have their scaling back.

Testing it out with my 81 WIL mage with maxed Wretched Oil, I did:
13 RESISTED & 28 damage against a 58 DEF and 11 RES Red Gorgon.
24 & 24 damage against a 53 DEF and 3 RES Hyattr.
32 & 36 BOTH RESISTED damage against an 18 DEF and 43 RES Redtail.
47 & 51 damage against a 20 DEF and 65 RES Corrupter.

I feel like there's a pattern here.

It was related, yes. Corrected for the Hexer spells as well as Ghostwind; any other spell that deals dual damage types and deals magic damage might also be affected, so if I missed any of those, let me know.
