When enemies trigger Geist, it doesn't put their skill on cooldown. Not sure if this is intended behavior, but it feels as though it should be.

Geist doesn't set skills on cooldown, it just negates the skill. If you have enough momentum to use it again through repeat tracking then that'd be what's happening.
