I would go as far to say doing this

Both gain spelled when together, dark damage reduces light resist, light reduces dark  resist, all mixed element dark and light spells become dark/ light

Could even make it be double dao that eats the resistances. I like the general idea there for sure.

Double dao doing it would be neat.

Specifically on the mixed spells I mean like

Holy spark, Wretched oil, scarlet twister, ect, with the set would now do Light/Dark attack split damage instead.
