I'd say to make it break the rock and Stun at a (STR)% chance, instead of going 'hey turnover on rock for guaranteed stun'.

Otherwise, sure. Sounds pretty fun.

Air Pressure on rock gives guaranteed stun, don't see why this shouldn't.
