So, how does Null Shell's charge effect work?

It says 'removes up to bonus shell power/2 beneficial status effects', but, does 'up to' mean that's how many it will remove, or does it mean it has a -chance- to remove -up to- that many statuses? Because in the past it's been seen to not remove as many as its maximum, so...

It will remove as many as possible. The wording is just to clarify that it will remove less than the amount rather than none if they don't have that many beneficial status effects.

This will be the same way any dispel effect works, if new skills can do the same thing.
