Screamer Tome's skill, Screamer, doesn't seem to add extra damage when the skill is used when screaming tome is in your off-hand
Example includes tests done with screaming tome in main hand and off hand respectively, also ogata waraji and sayakana are equipped, which is why they're not exactly 10% of the test's health.
Main hand screamer:
Modest Onigan takes 36 Pierce damage. (10% of 410 health)
Off hand screamer:
Modest Onigan takes 36 Pierce damage. (10% of 410 health again)
