As cool as this suggestion sounds, I feel like it's just spoon-feeding people with what they can actually do themselves. They can RP this, and I don't see the reason why they shouldn't just RP this instead of suggesting it over the forums to get it to be. . .automatic.

I think the main reason why Kinu gets to do it is because Kinu CAN'T RP with us. . .I mean we could even respond to Kinu if we want to! Or in IC battles, we could just type it out before our attacks. Like. . .

Person A: *invokes spell* *invoke here* *ICly uses a different invocation* I have created over a thousand blades. . .
Person B: *attacks* *types* Oh no you don't!

I mean isn't it much better and allows for versatility and promotes less spam?
Because as I can see it, if those 'battle cries' do get in. . .It'll just be like a shounen anime where people shout their attack names after every attack. That's. . .so. . .fucking. . .stupid. I mean, uh, if you imagine it. It gets spammy and funny and. . .stupid.

Person A: *lelelegrinding, attacks a spatial creature* TASTE MY SWARD! *attacks again* TASTE MY SWARD!
Person B: *casts spell twice* FIRE TURN THEM TO ASHES! SEAR! -- FIRE TURN THEM TO ASHES! SEAR!

I mean yeah, you get the point.

Maybe if you could put multiple 'battle cries' for each attack. Ie:

Instead of just

'Here I come!'

You could randomly get any of these:

'Here I come!'
'Taste my blade!'
'Yaah!'

Or whatever you wanted to put in.

But really... This is an RP game. Automated stuff doesn't really cut it.

So you post "Quick clarifications" that are claiming something not only quite stupid, but untruthful and upon being disproved, you go "I can do whatever I want" and close it with a personal attack? ...I genuinely hope you find some profesional help. And what the fuck is with that text formatting, do you think it's funny or something.

You have the byond macro system if you are lazy to type a few sentences. Using this system, even if it had a percentage based trigger, would be quite the pain in the rear, for every fight you are in isn't the same. You will react to a strong blow from your sworn enemy differently than from a friend. The quotes could even sometimes collide with the RP. And frankly, if I go and roleplay with someone and I get pretyped one liners thrown at my face, I'll be quite offended.

This feature seems impractical and frankly useless to anyone that actualy enjoys to RP in fights.
