Not even that everything's Stylish so much as M costs are just all kinds of messed up in general. DH Stances and Leaping Lizard (while next to an enemy) use the full 3M for instance, and repeating an action in a turn is still possible. Enemies that don't have Accel are getting 3 or so actions a turn, too. It's just. All really weird.
