Lupine's War Cry seems to be doing literally nothing now, using it does no damage nor inflicts any fear or hunted upon anyone caught in the AOE. I've tried it on several mobs and have gotten nothing but lost FP.

After a small test I found that War Cry works just fine, except when a Lupine is wearing the Wolf Warpaint, only then does it not work at all.
