Create Shade FP cost

Could the FP cost for resizing Create Shade be relaxed a little? It's not an attack spell hitting more targets, and it's even costless at 5 ranks.

Why does it suddenly go from 0 FP for placing illusory spectres at arm's length, to 20+ FP for placing illusory spectres around the battlefield?

Because you're increasing the range, same applies to Explosion or any skills/spells that use +/-. It just makes it fair. I'd really hate to fight a class who can 1- steal your FP, 1.5- steal more FP thanks to Green Tunic, 2- steal your AoE spells, 3- flee from melee range at 75% chance, to the other side of the map and with no cost but 3M.

Bai Kai's prayer already makes me a lot bitter towards this specific interaction. And really. Spellthieves should atleast build WIL or FAI for their spells, it's not like any non-prepared Rogue can 'lol be' a Spellthief.

And FP regeneration is also a bitch, if you pair with Grand Summoner or Kensei.

tl;dr, nah, needless.

Because you swap places with those illusory specters.

The further spread they are, the further you move, and the harder it is for people to reach more than one.

This skill does not need to be free.

Because the skill is tricky to play against and needs a cost worth it's effect, skills like explosion and kensei skills are balanced this way as well to prevent players from spamming said skills with no consequence.

The more spread out they are, the harder it is to smack them all at once to see which one is the real one.

The minimum range is incredibly counterable. Maximum range? Yeah no.
