Seems that Kaelensians under 20 SAN still get immunity to blind despite not having enough to get the immunity.

A felidae under 20 sanctity went around trying to get blinded all day and couldn't get blinded by anything. He apparently had nothing that would make that impossible and certainly didn't have 20 or more sanctity.

Most of my Kaelensians have 20 SAN but for the one that doesn't, they were immune to blind still.
