Currently, I cannot for sure tell if the thieving enchant effects the following skills in addition to steal: Spell Snatch, Blue Steal.

Can debug messages be added when stealing? More so related to what the chance of your steal actually is, due to the random chance nature of these skills? Or can you state if you're sure they do? I vaguely recall Blue Steal/Steal/Snatch Spell all being 'steal' skills and thus effected by the enchant.
