Items like the Haunted armor and the Spine leash summon monsters to aid you in battle.

Back then level 60 has been fine, as that was basically the highest tier back there. Now adays monsters can easily reach somewhere beteen 80-90 in the higher dungeons.

So can The summoned monsters you get in PvE, get a buff? Maybe Player Level+UL or something? or flat player level *1.5.

Reason: The monsters from the items have gotten reaaaally weak and its only PvE so might aswell make them useful there.

Agreed. They're horribly underwhelming. And they're also not affected if you have a Mercenaries on or not, which the latter does seem like a bug.
