Oaring

While this skill is functionally sound, Oaring is underwhelming due to two reasons in particular.

1) It's pathetic 2 range makes it hard to hit targets that move away and makes it harder to reposition enemies.

2) It's two round CD in spite of it's small range.

A slight change should allow this skill to see more usage instead of sitting in the dust despite being a potentially good skill with a few changes.

I'd like to propose the following.
Change it's range to 4 (from 2)

This would strengthen the skill's niche as a reposition tool without taking spotlight away from similar skills. (Vanishing Strike which has a larger range and similar cooldown.)

It's range is too short, it has a cooldown. Those are the two reasons I'll never waste my skill points on that.

Oaring would be honestly better if it was a Heaven Kick sort of skill, that used your own movement for range. (and also made you jump for an animation. Come on Dev! Give them a Final Fantasy reference! ;_Wink.
