A while back I noticed that Excel Weapon Charges stopped carrying on through battles, I thought this might have been a stealth change for the weapons, but recently I also noticed that Elite Weapon Charges do carry on through battles as per normal, would it be right to assume either of these are bugged?

Currently regular weapon charges do not carry through battles.

Only weapon charges gained through actually using Charge Weapon last multiple battles. Ones gained through Conversion Gloves, for example, do not.
