So, Encourage in Grand Summoner. It's only 1 range, and a +rank to all stats buff to a youkai. I'd like to at the least see a buff to it where it can be cast at a range dependant on your rank in the skill, say, Rank 1 is 1 range, rank 3 is 3, rank 5 is 5. 5 sounds reasonable for a single youkai 3 round buff, right?

Youkai buffing is pretty underwhelming to begin with, usually. I wouldn't mind it getting range.

If I were to change Encourage, I would make it grant statistics instead of statuses.

I.E:

Encourage
Range: 1 (+ 1 per 2 Skill Rank)

'Encourage' enhances the Youkai with (Rank LV * 4)% Bonus Damage, Damage Reduction, Critical, Hit and Evade for 3 rounds.

If the Youkai is inflicted with Fear, the buff is removed. (If used on a Youkai with Fear, they are cured of Fear instead and receive a 2 round immunity to the status.)
