Excel Crash - Attack Skill Interactions
#1
Skills compatible with Excel Crash that also perform basic attacks behave in an extremely counterintuitive manner.  Because Excel Crash consumes all charges before delivering the attack, Ritual Sword and Aliagmato lose out on the bonus damage of Excel.

An example of this is shown below, with a normal Excel hit with three charges:

And then, with Aliagmato and three charges:

Aliagmato's bonuses include:

LV1 - +15 Hit to all attacks.
LV2 - +15 Critical to all attacks.
LV3 - +15 Damage to all attacks.

There exists almost no world where +15 Hit/Critical/Flat Damage would ever outweigh the normal 250% damage of a fully charged Excel attack, ultimately resulting in a situation where using the compatible skills is almost always suboptimal when the character has charges present.

Because we have no way of choosing not to consume charges with Excel Crash compatible skills, skills that are both compatible and perform basic attacks should not lose the damage bonus a basic attack normally gets from Excel.  Even if that would make using these skills strictly better than basic attacking, to my knowledge there are only two.  And since one of them has strict positional requirements, and both of them cost 4 momentum, that hardly seems like it would be a big issue.

Fair point, I've changed them to not use the excel charges before the attack (they will still be consumed post attack even if it misses however).
