These items drop from chests. I'm pretty sure they're just generic base versions of the new thread items added. Might be worth checking if there's generic ingots in there, too.

Suffice to say these probably shouldn't drop from chests.

To reproduce: get lucky on a chest in a dungeon that spawns materials.
