Strong Legs does not remove Fear.

Okay, I was fighting in PvP when I was hit with Wailing Spectres, I used Strong Legs to try and get rid of it but it did not remove the Fear effect. I was not under the effect of the Curse that prevents Fear from being cured so it should have removed it.
