The bgcolor attribute for the body tag doesn't work on signs, much like how the <br> tag was broken.

This isn't a bug, you'll want to use the style sheet for things like this.

Unsure if I'm missing something or if there's some other option I'm not aware of, but signs and books for the purposes of editing them, do not have access to style sheets like profiles do.
