Bandit buffs

Currently, bandits have a few glaring weak spots that should be touched up.

First up, bandit gunman are stuck using a weapon that scales off a stat they don't get, and that doesn't match normal gun scalings.

   

Secondly, I would like to suggest that 'Pilfer' gain the same 'Trickery' bonus as 'Steal' does, due to some of the mobs having their AI default to spamming pilfer over and over at 1 range.
