From what I know from the past, this was an intended thing. We currently don't have any iceblood remains kit or a rotwood kit currently.

Iceblood was never an 'intended' thing for 'you can't have', because iceblood doesn't even have a unique stat bonus. It shares its bonuses for weapons with Snakeman remains, and its bonuses for equipment with Gorgon remains.

It just never got a kit when Dev added iceblood enemies, despite the remains being put in as a material.
