Unless there is some hidden vendor I'm entirely unaware of, it appears as though tailors are incapable of learning the recipes to craft various shoes, as they don't seem to be present in any vendor I've found across Korvara.

So does the recipes for some accessories such as High Mage's Cape, Witch Hat, etc.
