Make crafting give experience.

Simple as. With Korvara having a heavier focus on lack of materials + crafting + people actually feeling the desire to play crafters RP-wise, I think this is a very simple suggestion.

Flat numbers based on difficulty level of the craft. Some small bonus experience for first time crafts, again, based on difficulty level of the craft. This wouldn't be necessary if levelling up crafts wasn't level locked in the first place, but as it is, this would help alleviate that issue, and even give a different 'opening' path for new characters.

The idea is more to make it so if you're sticking with your crafts you can actually hit 40 after a LOT of crafting; Not as a quick trip to 60. Merely a way for people who truly want to just be a crafter to just... Be a crafter, and not an adventurer, or moonlighting butcher of woodland animals.

"But people will craft at level 1 on Korvara instead of hunt monsters!" So? 3 of the 4 nations on Korvara have a 'help your country by doing menial work' mentality, and 2 of the 4 have mandatory military service that makes it make no sense for them to start out weaker than a housecat anyway.

"People on Sigrogana will just spend murai to level up without monsters!" Not when it takes 2 hours with a pal to go from 1 to 60 on a new character on sigro for free while gaining 10-30k murai they won't.

This surprisingly makes sense when you think about it.
