As the title implies I feel that players should probably need to apply first before going out and being a proper antagonist. This isn't to say you can't be evil without approval, its just after the last few weeks I feel like a tool such as this will help the gms with their already time consuming job.

The sub forum would have posts hidden except to the creator and mods so that players can go into full detail about their antagonistic plans with the gms and still keep them spoiler free. This would allow players to get prior approval for any of their ideas, events, ect.

The way this would help the gms is pretty obvious, a forum filled with all the approved antagonists and their plans, character aliases, ect, which can be quickly looked up when they are out doing their thing, because I'm pretty sure they get a lot of salt/gm help from people upset about antags being antags.

Steel Aura should negate all on-hit effects. Thorn Shooter applies immobilize on critical hit.

I was fighting with a friend of mine, testing some things out, and I was inflicted with immobilize from her thorn shooter.
I used Steel Aura, immobilize ends, and she shoots again. It still applied immobilize, even with the Steel Aura passive.
I assume Steel Aura doesn't also apply "on critical hit" under the clause of "on hit".

Can skills such as Smoke Screen and White Prison make it so you cannot target people if they are not in your view. Currently regardless of either of those skills, you can pretty much aim past any obstacle with any skill. It doesn't feel like you're getting the most out of these sorts of skills.

I feel the game sorely needs an toggle option to allow mercenary/pet items( dog leash/barghest armor) to work in pvp

this would help
* facilitate Gms in their events where one actor can control a set of mobs with total control
* inspire more realistic guard interactions where a guard has their party + a handful of mook militia or special guard npcs that could be added
* allow antagonists to be true bandito captains.

Obviously rules for rp use would need to be written up as well such as
* no bandito/mercenaries in cities in rp scenarios
* Probably some rp excuse to blatantly ignore named mercs.

Clearly hanging out with this community of [mostly] greasy autistic players has caused you to be complacent in your poor decision making. The role-playing here is depressingly uninteresting and one-dimensional, and frankly after some thought, I am personally not even interested in playing again. The races and classes were fun, as was the theory-crafting that led to our dominance over the community and their subsequent outrage. Having said all that, I still intend you to call you out on your nonsense and passive aggressive behavior.

Judging by the slow pace at which you respond on Discord, I'm going to wager that it took you at least a couple hours to write up that post (http://www.neus-projects.net/viewtopic.p...633#p33633). Understandably you would not want a response to it, but you're going to get it anyway. I'll just highlight some of the problems with it:

1) The reason we didn't want to bother with an angry mob at the door is because we'd already beaten them several times. The tryout role-play was much more interesting.
2) This incident took place inside our guild house, so of course guild members are eventually going to come home and get involved. How stupid are you?
3) Dio or Henry, or whatever you want to call him, is not even a summoner. In fact, I was the one who personally confirmed with Dev through the BYOND pager that Dimension Resonance chain summoning was a bug when a guard used it against us. Again, how stupid are you?
4) We are much stronger than the vast majority of people who came into the guild house, so of course shooting a beam at us is going to be ineffective. That isn't being a sore loser - it's being realistic.
5) Regarding our accusations of metagaming, they were completely justified and, in fact, unaddressed. Ironically, your pissing and moaning about Sunset being metagamed is what is truly unjustified. You'd break into a house and not expect its inhabitants to return at some point?

You do have a point that the picture we made in Paint was toxic, but let's be honest. It was true to reality and pretty funny at your expense. You're clearly socially stunted though, so I'm sure it's not the first time in your life that you've been mocked.

???? I'm massively confused and would like some clarification please.

Just for reference I was Grind Eidolon and had nothing to do with most decisions that our group made.

I've also be banned on the discord server as well, not sure why.

Flashy banners made of demonsilk have been posted in high-traffic areas of Dormeho, Cellsvich, Tannis and Voilegard. Embroidered on the banners are a well known emblem and brief instructions:

A point brought up by someone was that it doesn't feel like many of the rules are in an accessable place together.

I'd like to suggest that the rules be easier to access in game, including the new flee rules, and such, for new players who might not know of the rules

Focused Beam seems to be dealing 170% Elemental ATK as damage rather than 140% like its description states, either the skill itself or the description is bugged.

With 81 Earth ATK I was able to deal a lot more damage than I should have, this is done without a casting tool for testing mostly.
