Un-Abandoning a Village |

Recently, the Empire has begun the motions to reintegrate a certain Abandoned Village (that lies near Darkwood Manor) as... well, an actual Village. Guards have already been deployed in the area, but there are still a few things that the Empire has to cover before signatures can meet paper. One of those particular things is who will lead the revived village.
For those who have an interest in such a spot, the Empire is keeping an eye out and their desks open for those who wish to apply. The Empire is particularly looking for those who can handle the concerns of the inhabitants, maintain order and the law of the land, and generally manage day-to-day business to keep the village afloat.
(If your character would apply, post their (IC) response here.)

The Pumpkin monsters don't drop them as near as anyone I have asked can tell and nobody I have spoken too has managed to successfully gather from them. I mean its impossible to say this for certainty but it seems likely there is a problem.

Is it possible for Banshee's wail to be a magic instead of a skill?
For two reasons, for Silence to stop Souls tainted by Darkness from screaming at you all day long, and secondly, I'd like to see more sound builds but there's not many paths to encourage that atm, making Banshee's Wail a magic would allow spellthief to steal it, making sound builds quite possible.

If you try to exit the manor by going right along the Mansion walls you will end up in a black map where you can't see your character icon or move.
Theres a small non dense 'cliff' in the underground area of the manor, which allows players and mobs to walk where they shouldnt , can't give a proper pic since my character is still stuck in the Black Map.
Stairs are a real pain in the rear end to climb with arrow keys.

Chaturanga... if you go south of the mage guild you'll notice a GIGANTIC PIER... Yet nothing's done with it... Why does Chaturanga not do fishing contests? It'd make for at least SOME reason to go there, right?

Snatching Duplicate Spells |

Around the time it was first released, Spell Snatch would steal spells from an opponent and then remove it from the list of possible skills that can be stolen. At some point as bugs were fixed and the class was revised, this functionality was changed to allow duplicates to be stolen.
In practice, this means that if a Spellthief is trying to deny a caster a particular spell, it's infinitely more difficult simply because the 'fodder' never goes away. You have to sift through 20+ spells and roll the dice each time, without ever improving your odds. I'd like to suggest this be reverted, so that duplicates can not be stolen once again. Because of the RNG limitation this iteration imposes on the Spellthief, Snatch Spell is really only good for acquiring spells you want to use yourself, instead of denying the opponent theirs. In my mind, that was one of the major allures of the class.
I know some people will think this change would allow Spellthieves to auto-win fights with mages by stealing all their spells. But given the fact that Snatch Spell (The passive, steal what's cast on you variety) does not work against AoE or line targeted spells, and that the entire process would take far more turns than anyone has any right to be surviving against a mage, I genuinely doubt this would be an issue.
