The karakuri blood racials count as bonus stats rather than base stats. As a fairy karakuri i should have -3 strength and +3 cel, if this was base the scaling on each would be different, but they all scale the same way a 4 base stat race would. Not entirely sure if this IS a bug but a lot of people made karakuri expressly believing these counted as base stats.

They're actually base stats, they're reflected in the base total. The left most value will always be the unmodified race value, so in Karakuri's case it will appear as 4, but the karakuri base stat modification will be shown next to that.
