The karakuri blood racials count as bonus stats rather than base stats. As a fairy karakuri i should have -3 strength and +3 cel, if this was base the scaling on each would be different, but they all scale the same way a 4 base stat race would. Not entirely sure if this IS a bug but a lot of people made karakuri expressly believing these counted as base stats.
