Needle Returning to Unresistable

Can Needle be made to ignore Resistance, as it did prior to the GR? It currently ignores armor, but when facing any Res it starts to do something like 60 damage for 4 momentum. Given how high health pools are now, and the nature of attacks that deal static damage, having it always do 90 seems like it would be fine.

If the person has 25% light resistance, you don't get a 2nd action either.

If I recall, needle was made to be 4m so that you couldn't double tap it, I think needle is a good target for a 2 round cooldown whilist restoring it's 3m cost, so that hitting a resist isn't so punishing.

I should mention that there's a certain suggestion in the Offensive Spells topic that touched upon Needle:

Quote:Needle:
-Replace static damage with Light ATK
Light ATK: 10% -> 20% -> 30% -> 40% -> 50%
-Needle Explosion effects use (20*Rank)% Light ATK
-With 2~3 Round Cooldown, reduce M cost to 3M
REASON: Thanks to RES now factoring in, Needle needs a more fitting damage boost. Secondary effect was extremely minimal as well, due HP taking on larger numbers than before, and needed a better boost.
