Something is fishy with this and I can't figure out what. I know, for a fact, that Protection from Arrows is busted, however.

Protection from Arrows, in this preview is only giving +16 of the +40 it is supposed to provide.

I think the problem is that stacking evade and cel, is ALOT easier than stacking hit and skill.

On a real note, I'll go test with Protection from Arrows at rank 1-5 for Lolzy's "This isn't a bug" claim even though it clearly is because I'm not getting the whole +40
