Maintenance talent does not repair past 46 durability on a 56 max durability weapon from maintenance. I have the talent maxed out for the mastery.

There you go. I might have figured out why it doesn't go past 46 though. It would seem you can't truly repair weapons to 56 durability still. Will make a separate post.
