[v2.53] Jeweled enchant doesn't cut in half the cooldown of Fortunite-Head Staff

Steps I used to reproduce:
1. Enchanted my Coldbark Fortunite-Head Staff with the Jeweled enchant
2. Went into battle and used my Coldbark Fortunite-Head Staff
3. Noticed the cooldown was still the same 10-round duration

   
   

Not sure if this bug happens with other staves that use jewels since I only have the Fortunite-Head Staff to test with.

Fairly sure this report is a false alarm. I'm using the Jeweled Gem Staves and getting the 5 turn CD as expected as shown here. If you enchanted your item while it was still equipped, you sometimes need to unequip and reequip before added upgrades/enchants get recognized.

It's still a 10-turn cooldown for me. I tried unequipping it and equipping it again and that didn't fix it. I also tried unequipping it, relogging, and equipping it. I was hoping maybe a relog in-between would work but that that didn't fix it either.

Discovered that if the staff is equipped in the main hand then the cooldown goes down to 5 turns, but when it is equipped in the offhand then the CD is 10 turns. Hope this helps narrow down the issue.
