Yeah I'd rather eat -12 evade on top of -7 to -20 physical defense than KD on top of minus 7-20 phys def. Besides, they hit me with a basic already, I'm likely screwed regardless.

it's -12% evade, not -12 evade.
Though, KD does at least that afterwards, so it really is better.

It's already being adjusted to UL% knockdown chance, I don't plan to make any more adjustments to it at the moment than that, though feel free to continue discussion if you want.

Wait it's-- What?? Holy hell flat footed is looking a lot more impressive now. I thought there were no multiplicative buffs/debuffs to hit/evade. Is it everything with a percent (%) marker?

That's not a bad idea, in my opinion. I could go with this, considering 24% is a very low chance.
