I haven't really looked closely since Stylish dungeons were new, but I know for a fact I was getting Stability counting as seperate from my Glykin Regen which was an odd number before being halved. The log clearly showed I was regenning 0 (from Stability) and then a seperate 3 (About 350 max HP, so regenning 7 normally. Half of 7 is 3.5, rounding down.) from Golden Blood. Halving healing is one thing, but rounding down literally renders Stability useless unle you're below 50%, and letting it stack with other odd nuber sources would at least not make it a waste of a trait point *shrug*
