Can we have a Trait that's obtained on 50 base CEL called "Afterimage", which gives you a static 20% chance to turn any damage you take into a Glancing Blow?

Unoptimized dodge builds need a safety net like, badly.

It's feast or famine and dodge just got substantial buffs with nerfs to things that provide hit.

A buff for it right now would just be silly. It's almost mandatory to be a dodge tank with how broken dancers are DPS wise, and it does very well in those circumstances.

And unoptimized builds don't need changes that would greatly help optimized builds.
