does voltiger still stack to absurd amounts? i feel like another way to proc it even if they fail to dodge might get a little out of hand but idk since i don't really play as much these days

Voltiger caps at LV25. Dodging or triggering Evasion against, while they are in your line of sight, increases Voltiger's LV by X (X = Rank). (Ranking the skill only affects the speed you stack it up to 25.)

Each LV of Voltiger increases Sidecut/Sillcut's damage by 5%, and range by 1.

I doubt it will get out of hand if 'parry or get parried' increases it's LV by 1, it's just a mere 5% increase on damage anyway.
