Tekagen should be more efficient being a trait or talent, imo. Both as an idea and/or actual utility.

This way anybody who wants it can have it, and won't really need to use Kensei. I mean, if it's a chore to move the skill to a talent, then I think we're just scratching a cat pole here in this thread, since the main idea of the skill 'vs' the asked changes have been debunked.
